I gotta go visit my Grandma soon, she's 91, so I'm going to Germany for a week mid to late April this year.

I have not bought airline tickets yet....I may fly into Amsterdam or just fly straight to Hamburg. I am setting up a bike rental for me from both locations probably a bmw 1100 gs seems to be about 6 bills for the bike for a week ........ anyone want to tag along? Riding will be based outta Kiel Germany (Grandma's pad) no hotel required.......bueller....bueller

PS ya can leave for a few days and do your own thing I don't give a crap. btw I am fluent in German an been to this part of Germany many times in a rental car.....never a bike thou.

 

id love to go, me and the woman are planning a trip to Germany in the future. thats going to kick ***, take lots of pics and when were ready youll have to let me know where the best places to go are.

 

about $600 to rent a ride for the week?
The trip is something that I and the wife would consider though. Although the tracks start running this month as well.

 

When I get stationed in Germany, we'll have to hang out there. Open invitation to all who wish to come visit! Probably won't be for a few years though.

Yup good coffee I used to fly into amsterdam to visit my familiy because it was cheaper.....not so much anymore. Still a fun place for a day or two.
