Hey guys! So I’ve had my 2011 kx250f for about five years now and have kept up with the maintenance on it ever Since. It does have quite a few hours on it But mostly trails with some track (over 200hrs) compression is still good. Recently I was riding it around my house and Was on the throttle pretty good then it bogged out like it was running out of gas then died. I let it cool off and brought it back to the house and tried to start it again. It does start and runs fine. But after sitting idling for a bit (5-30 seconds) it will shut itself off. Doesn’t struggle to Stay running or Backfire or anything. just feels like someone is hitting the kill switch. I can sit there and rev it and it seems to be running like a champ but then just shuts down. I’m pretty familiar with bikes as I’ve been riding most my life but I’ve never had an issue like this. Any ideas on what this issue could be or where to start looking at? Thanks! The help would be appreciated!!
