Is it Ok to put the front and rear on stands at the same time...have new tires and have to take my wheels to the dealer

yep. In fact - you will find it is a lot more stable that way too, so long as you don't have cheap-*** stands.

Shoot, I feel safer with my ride on the stands than with the kickstand as it is. Use good stands.
