i got a spark problem... please help
 

heys guys i got a 96 ninja 9r. it had a busted ignition but i got it to work it ran good for a minute then popped a fuse. i replaced the fuse and now it wont start up at all but it tries to. it doesnt get spark now.... could this be the cdi box or maybe something else i am baffled now and need to ride. please help.

Explain "busted ignition." Sounds like maybe too much juice got to the cdi box. Are all the wires within spec that you replaced, and did you use a meter to make sure the circuits were good?

i just put a new ignition on and put a new cdi box on and it still doesnt get spark i dont know whats up i am going crazy not knowing what the problem is.

Check your ground and/or circuits for a short. Is there a "main fuse" on your bike? Did you toast the coils? Check the wires going into them to make sure something didn't arc and short. It doesn't get any spark but the starter turns, etc?
