Hello there all. I am the new owner of a 1994 ZX9R. I am hoping I can get some insite. The bike is a little rough is an understatement. Wiring has been hacked up. I am trying to sort it out now. The fuel pump was hardwired to the battery on a toggle switch. Pump runs fine hardwired, as far as I can tell. I need to remedy this. I found the connector for the fuel pump, however, when the pump in connected the this connector the bike will not turn over. Once I disconnect the fuel pump from this connector the engine will turn over. I hope someone has some ideas. Please help. Much appreciated.
