passenger foot pegs
#3
heres a trick.. whether ya like it or not.. i dunno..
i used a rider peg set off a gixxer.. when i bought my bike, it had everything. when i got my bike back after it was stolen, it didn't
i had a set of old gixxer main pegs chillin in the shop.. they don't drop down a few inches like the kawi pass. pegs do (that little offset) but they work for when the time comes to have boobies on your back.
if using pegs like this, you'll hafta drill out one of the holes a little bigger (by about .06-.1" or so..) to accomodate the mounting stud.
then angle them (since they're hinged) so your passenger won't fold them when she puts her feet on them. i found that out by accident..lol "my feet won't stay on!"
but its simple, temporary til ya get a set of actual pass. pegmounts and pegs, and still looks good. very low profile.
(don't bother squinting at the sig pic. they're not on there..)
