"midway full" in the sight glass while the ride is standing upright?
edit: ie not while on the side stand. |
RE: breather tube filling with oil
no its in the middle while upright

RE: breather tube filling with oil
What is the history on this ride? Last valve checks, tensioner, maintenance stuff?
Any other items that you may have noticed while riding the twisties? |
RE: breather tube filling with oil
supposedly it has been serviced 3000 miles before ibought it but the boy who had the bike was a complete retard i got the bike for really cheap because he had cut some wires and tried to put some headlights in it and screwed it all up so i fixed the bike by putting stock bulbs in it and i also fixed all the wiring problems runs good besides the oil thing hope this helps some

RE: breather tube filling with oil
The crankcase tube still in the airbox?
|
RE: breather tube filling with oil
Do you still have the kleen stuff still on? ie smog stuff, reed valves on the covers going to a central hose?
|
RE: breather tube filling with oil
yea its still all stock nothing is done there
|
RE: breather tube filling with oil
I was just curious. Remove the central hose from the kleen system from the airbox. Plug that. Remove the T and go with a straight hose from both reeds from the covers. Still, would not think that you are getting that much oil from that area though.
