Default Yet another Oil topic

Ok, I'm not going to debate the whole "Synthetic / not Synthetic" thing, or the "This Oil is better than That Oil" thing either. Instead of debating what oil is best, I want to know if anyone knows of any problems with Motorex Power Synt 4T 10W/50. I'd like to find out if this is a known problematic oil before I throw it in my bike.

Also, according to the service manual, it says to warm the engine up before changing the oil. I always assumed the idea was to let it sit so that all the oil was low in the engine.

The oil drains better when it's warm.
