I need new tires on my 02 zx6r, the front tire on there is a 120/65, i can get a great deal on a set with a 120/60 or 120/70. Will either of these fit and if so which would be better. Finally what does that second number even mean? i know the first is the width

Yes, either will fit and work fine. The 120/60 will make the bike steer quicker and the 120/70 will make it more stable at high speeds. That is why they made the 65 series; it's a good compromise between steering and stability. That Cycle Gear deal is a great one! Go for it!
