Hey All, new to this forum, but was an avid "automotiveforums.com" member for some years. Just curious if any of you run 1/4 or 1/8 mile on your bikes and what times you ran them and where. Ive had my 05 636 for a few years now and all my buddies at work ride stretched Busa's so of course they drag and have started taking me to the track for bracket days. Ill probably start running cause even though I dont like running light to light, it does seem kinda fun at the track. I live in Omaha NE so my home track is MAM (Mid America Motorplex) and all they have is 1/8 mile, but am hoping to be able to run mid 7's when I get good at it. One of my buddies dials in 6.40, and another buddy with a turbo busa dials 6.18, another guy has a 2005 Repsol CBR100RR and runs 6.99 all day, so I dont think it's too out of the question to get it to mid 7's. Let me know what you guys run so I can get an idea of what you guys can do on yours.
