The best is the 180 but you can put on a 190. The 200 is too fat for the rim and will mess up your handling. Some racers are putting the smaller 180/55-17's on their 1000's to quicken the steering and have less sidewall flex/ fold over.
I agree with Speedracer...for the best handling you want to stick with the 180...it's the best size for cornering...if all you do is stop light to stop light then get yourself a bigger rim and go with your 200...
