First you'll have to loosen the axle pinch bolts at the bottom of your fork; the side with the bolt. The nut side looks the same. I think the axle bolt comes out from the RH side as you're sitting on the bike.
You will need one of these: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB..._Pr2_PcY_BIN_I

I recommend buying one. Tell them you're from the forum and he may give you a discount. Maybe we can get a group buy on this tool. I have one and it works awesome. It has 4 different, most popular sizes on it.

actually you probably already have one... What I used was this: I took one of my spark plug sockets, and put it on a 3" extension backwards. And voila I had an axel tool...

Yes, that's what my buddy uses; the sparkplug socket but this tool is great. It'll work on other bikes too. I used it to do my suspension & swingarm swap. It's made very well/ great quality. I'll find out how much he'll let us buy them for. How does a groupbuy work anyway? I have never done one; newby[&o]. If you have organized a groupbuy before, contact that guy and see.
