yea that sucks man. i got a story to top that. When i first bought my bike i took it home and parked it, went to work got off about 7. My friends all came by with the gsxr's and we all decided to roll out. All 3 of us got to a stop light and soon is it turned green we all took off. I got it up to 100 mph and slowed down to make a turn....as i was making the turn i hugged the edge a little too close and there were some lose rocks and gravel my rear tire ate and it pulled the bike right out from under me. all i know i was sliding on the ground with my bike spinning behind me i hit grass and slowed down after like 35 feet of sliding and my bike was stopped by a telephone poll. I got up and picked up my bike, didn't start and the chain was off. This all happend less with only 24 miles on my bike. and less than 6 hours of purchasing it. Well i broke the front fairing, gauge bracket, left side mirror, and bent my gear selector lever. Well after 800 plus dollars of oem parts and a week and a half later my bike was up as i was rolling it out of the garage my friend noticed a screw in the rear tire. Pulled it out and it was leaking soo bad you could feel the air blowing at you. I plugged it with the plug kit and had it till 1000 plus miles. Till i replaced everything. Plug does work i got it to 146 mph with no problems but i've also seen blow outs cuz of plugs.
