Shift lever, no return
 

Finishing up from a 2500 mile bike trip from the mountains and everything was just fine. Next morning got on the bike and all the sudden, no noises or anything, when I shift up I have to manually push the shifter back down in order for me to go up to the next gear and vice versa going down in gears. Looked at a parts blow up and I'm thinking it's the return prawl spring. Not sure how to get to it or if that's it.

I believe you have to remove the clutch cover and access the return spring from there.
