That's a great deal; jump on it. It makes it possible to "rejet" so to say, a fuel injected bike. I'll take it if you don't want it.

it allows you to remap your fuel delivery and give it an optimum tune. tons of maps out there to load for just about any type of modification. jump all over that! make sure its for our year bike though!

This is a great deal they retail for about $330. It will take about a half hour to an hour to install. It will allow you to adjust your air to fuel ratio. Which increases throttle response and you will gain a little hp around 5hp. I suggest getting a K&N or BMC airfilter. I also suggest getting your biked Dyno'd. I had my Power Commander installed and Dyno'd with a custom map. I gain 2 hp from the custom map. You should have your bike remapped everytime you add a performance mod to your bike.Because every mod you make can change the air to fuel ratio. Wher are you located RAIN? Here is the name and web site of the place where I have mine done. Bucks Down Racing www.bucksdown.com. If you have any questions that need answering you can contact them and ask for J.R. 1-727-423-4678 or 1-813-818-9775. Tell him Mike with the 636 sent you also tell him you got the info from the kawasaki forum. Good luck and happy riding.

I'm in northern California, about 1 hour north of Sacramento

One of the local shops just got a new dyno, if i were to get the PC, i think taking it there would be a great idea

also, i was reading info on carbon fiber exhuasts, i think i remember reading about how the carbon fiber yosh rs-5's (i have carbon fiber) were not meant to withstand the high heat from track use or dyno tuning.... ??

I have a true carbon fiber exhaust. There are some different types of carbon fiber. My exhaust is carbon fiber through out the whole can. Some just have a carbon fiber wrap which means it has a steel core. My can is a euro style. I had no problem with mine when it was Dyno'd, about 10 times. It also lightened my tail end up 12 lbs. Dyno tunig is different from track be cause on a track you are constently running hi RPM's which makes the bike run hotter. Dyno running your bike only consist of short runs so you bike is not costently running. So the temp does not constently stay high. I would find out if your exhaust is a wrap or a true carbon fiber. The glue on the wrap might give at constent high temps. Not sure though. I have had no problems with mine. Hope I answered your ? Let me know if you have anything else to ask.

good deal man but my advice is i used both maps off the internet and then got my bike tuned on a dyno and i would get it tuned off the dyno to make sure ur getting the right mixture of gas in every rpm and in every gear every bike is different so there can not be a map for every bike i got an extra 10 horse of my cammander but i got a zx 10 so its different u wont get the horse but u will feel the difference in the mid range of ur bike i garantee that

A PC only, sounds like a good deal. But depending on what you are really doing? Good deal.
