That's not a bad price for that system. Have you asked about the other systems mentioned too? Just wondering how the others compared price wise.

does any one have the two brothers racing slip-on exhaust system for the 2005 636s I am real intrested in picking on up. Any if any one is intrested in flush mount front signals MUZZYS.com is selling them for our bike 115.95 for the fronts and 115.95 for the rear......

Too bad the fronts are on backorder, probably will be for a while too I imagine. I'm probably going with regular flush mounts in the back.

No I didn't ask about the others mentioned just because they gave me such a good price on this exhaust. I think the reason I'm getting it so cheap is cause someone put a deposit on it then either changed their mind or they just don't have the cash. Its alright for me cause I get a great deal!

Well Ranger D636...my bike is lowered, and I thought it was quit simple. But of course I just handed over the tools and held the back tire. You will have to get some lowering springs. I call em springs, but they aren't really springs, they are these metel plates....[sm=badidea.gif]I could explain it but I'm a blonde and I don't want to make too much of a fool of my self, just PM and I'll help you out

just remember that when you lower your bike it will change the handling.......

what you do is change out the lower links on the rear shocks also called dogbones. you can find them anywhere including eBay. The front you have a few options there. some people just raise the tubes up 1 1/2" and other get them rebuilt so you don't loose any dampening effects. you do end up losing some handling of the bike in corners, as well as the ground clearance, but if this is what you have to do, then you haveno choice but to lower it. How short is he anyway??

Remo said it for me...that's what I did the "dogbones" and then I just loosened my triple clamp and let the forks slide up, and lowered the front that way. IT DEFINITLY CHANGES THE HANDLEING. That's why I'm actually thinking about raising mine back to stock.

I'm pretty short too (5'6") but I don't want to lower my bike cause I dont want to change the dynamics of the bike. I'm just going to deal with it. I put one foot down at a time when I'm stopped. I think it makes it a little harder to stop for me than someone else who is taller.
