some help if possible
bike is bogging down when riding.
4000rpm and the bike stutters and wants to die.

it reads.....


The main throttle sensor is a rotating variable resistor that
changes output voltage according to throttle operating. The
ECU senses this voltage change and determines fuel injection
quantity, and ignition timing according to engine rpm,
and throttle opening.
Input Terminal

Ground Terminal
Main Throttle Sensor Removal/Adjustment
CAUTION
Do not remove or adjust the main throttle sensor
since it has been adjusted and set with precision at
the factory.
Never drop the throttle body assy, especially on a
hard surface. Such a shock to the sensor can damage
it.
Main Throttle Sensor Connector
Input Voltage Inspection
NOTE
○Be sure the battery is fully charged.
•Turn the ignition switch OFF.
•Remove the ECU .
Do not disconnect the ECU connectors.
•Connect a digital voltmeter to the connectors, using
the needle adapter set.
Special Tool - Needle Adapter Set: 57001-1457
Main Throttle Sensor Input Voltage
Connections to ECU Connector
Meter (+) → BL lead (terminal 10)
Meter (–) → BR/BK lead (terminal 28)
•Measure the input voltage with the engine stopped, and
with the connectors joined.
•Turn the ignition switch ON.
Input Voltage at ECU Connector
Standard: DC 4.75 ∼ 5.25 V
•Turn the ignition switch OFF.
If the reading of input voltage is less than the standard,
check the ECU for its ground, power supply and wiring
shorted.
If the input voltage is within the standard range, check the
input voltage at the main throttle sensor connector.

ive done all that, but its still the same...
any ideas???

maybe the battery does not have enough voltage? stock battery still?

 

brand new 6 weeks old

ive just got a whole new throttle body and sensor
so going to try that

1st day off since August.
fitting it tomorrow

just wondering what everyone thinks about changing the throttle body over on my 07 6r.
got the new one ready to swap over, but are there any things i need to take into account before doing the job in the morning?

has anyone done this before and what were the problems/solutions you came accross.

whats the best thing to clean the new throttle body with before install, as it looks a little dusty and dirty.

at the same time im changing the oil/air filters and spark plugs
what kind of coolant would be best to use also??

if your doing a coolant change i would do water wetter, it's track day safe!

 

just found out, with PC3 you can set the throttle possition in seconds!!!!!!!
