Arrow lower engine oil leak!!!

i was coming home from a 1am finish at work on friday morning. just taking my time.
had already ridden about 9 miles with no problem when i twisted the throttle a little more and the bike sounded like it was blowing and was well down on power even though it would pull a little.

changed down a gear and the exhaust popped quite loudly. ( not sure if this is part of the problem or no. might be because i was going slow then opened the throttle, slowed down and changed down a gear)

took the next 3 miles real slow and parked up at home.

oil was dripping from the bottom of the fairing under the front sprocket.

the oil is on bottom part of the engine in front of the rear shock and the inner part of the lower fairing is soaking in oil...

looking in the oil sight glass, it looks like its empty now!!!

any ideas???????

any broken pieces of oil pan? as in tossing a rod? or is it the seal of the CS popping and getting rid of the oil? How does the oil look? Any coolant?

bummer on the issue, and good luck on the tracing of the issue. Let us know as well.

another question: where is your overflow tubes going to? and have you checked your cct (cam chain tensioner) location for possible leaks? When was the cct adjusted? Automatic adjuster still? You have a mess going on right there. Clean it up, then try to locate it again. You definitely have an issue, but narrowing it down is sometimes tough.
