Cool Video; Speedo's probably around 10% off so 183 less 18.3 = 164.7 MPH. Still impressive for a 600/636. I've heard of someone bragging that his went to 189 "actual" MPH. Yeah, "actual" on his speedo. That's ZX10 speed. It takes a lot of power & aerodynamics/ slipstreaming to break the 200 MPH barrier.

 

I think I saw on here someone had a big wheel that broke the 200MPH barrier so I wonder how big a part aerodynamics really play?

 

bikes are different. there actually less aerodynamic then cars, and cars have 4 contact patches with the road. big wheels on the other hand not aerodynamic but diesels can make huge power

The latest Sport Rider has the ZX14 top speed at 188.3 and 188.9 MPH for the Busa unrestricted. (Stock 186 mph restricted) "It will take 240 HP to reach 204 MPH because Aerodynamic drag increases geometrically with speed."!

Nice find. At least i know my bike can do around 160 if i wanted to take it that fast. I think i've seen you on your big wheel there gotrice that thing is fast.
