Well have an 06 636 and i changed out the sprokects. Dropped -1 on the front and added +2 in the rear, both sprokects are AFAM along with a DID gold chain and i loce the new set up! Feels totally like a new bike! Much more low end to the bike, i'm very happy with it! Easy to bring the front up on it now. Thanks for the help guys. Really? Hmm..I'll have to ride tomorrow for sure and nail in in third. In first gear i love pulling the front end up and shifting into second while still riding a wheelie. My buddy has a 06 GSXR 750 and I pull him now, and me and him use to be neck and neck.

 

He has nothing for you in those high rpms.

 

Hmmm.. Ive been thinking about doing the same thing. Ive just hit 20k and Im going to replace the chain and was thinking about swaping out the gears. Every one has nothing but good stuff to say about it.

 

Switching the gears is a nice way to reinvigorate a bike, lots of fun!
