I have been running Mobil 1 Full Synthetic Motorcycle Blend since 500 miles. Just change the oil, there is nothing special you need to do.

I say do it as long as you do not mind changing your oil and paying 65.00 to do it.

Nothing special required. Further more your engine will love it. I noticed my bike shifting smoother the moment I put that stuff in.

Unfortunatly for me I started using it at 500 miles which since the engine has not fully broken in is not recommended. You want something a little thicker. Other than that mistake I'll always use the stuff. As mentioned though those oil changes are a killer, price wise but well worth it in my opinion. Just remember if you are going to keep the oil in there for longer than you would with normal oil say 5000 miles instead of 3000 or maybe even longer than that. (they say it's good for 15,000) Just don't forget your oil filter will not go that long, continue to change it like you normally would 3000 or so. With all that said I still do my oil changes and oil filter replacement at 2500 (way more than needed but what can I say I baby my bike lol)

4300 is plenty of miles. I switched to full syn at 5400 on my ZRX. Have been using Mobil 1 15w-50 since. Shifts smoother. That's how I know it's time to change, it starts gettting harder to shift. I change oil and filter every 3000 miles.
