I just put new dulop qualifiers on my bike and the front tire makes a noise like its catching the front fender. I have looked everywhere and there is no signs that it is hitting anywhere. It only seems to happen and slow speeds when I hit a small bump. All the bolts are tight on the calipers. So im stuck.
