Freeway Suspension Issues?
Ok so I haven't gone on the freeway too often, but I notice when I am on it at 60+ mph that my suspension sucks! It's like sitting on a rock, and feels almost too stiff. Around town it's fine. I'm pretty new to my 636, any suggestions?
It's a 2006 636. I have had my sag adjusted for my weight (210), any more details lemme know!

Might need to adjust the dampening. I had to adjust my compression and rebound on my bike as the freeway I take to work everyday was about to prevent me from having children. The ride was horribly uncomfortable the suspension just didn't give at all. Change the dampening and it's alot better. Just becareful when adjusting it either too stiff or too soft can become a huge problem.
Make the adjustments in small increments and you should find something that works for you. Try to keep it bit on the stiff side. For handling stiffer is better but like I said too stiff will be just as bad.

The adjustments are VERY EASY to make. The screws turn like butter, don't worry about hurting the heads on the adjusters. Just turn it a half turn towards softer at a time (I don't think they need much). You'll notice a big improvement over how harsh the stock settings are. Here is a link with a little more on it: https://www.kawasakiforums.com/m_26412/tm.htm
Sounds like your compression dampening is too stiff. Also put a ziptie around your front fork tube to see the travel. If it's bottoming out the add some preload ans remove preload if there is too much of a gap. Should be 3/4 to 1 inch space with you riding at your hardest without doing stoppie style braking.
