Bike Running Hot

Even though its been damn hot here the last few days (around 105) my bike seems to be running pretty hot, like around 200-220 is that a normal temp? maybe i need to put different oil in? Ive got an '06 636

Those are pretty normal temps for me on a hot day sitting in traffic.

Ya, 210-220 is normal on a hot day. The coolest it may run is around 170-175 after fully warmed up. It's been cooler here lately so my bike has been under 190 but close to 215 in traffic sitting at a light.

I was running 147 today doing bout 120mph...hehehe

yeah mine was at 157 to 167 running around 140mph the other day, its amazing, the faster you go the cooler they run =]
