ALMOST ATE **IT LAST NIGHT
 

last night i was riding down a twisy back road and a truck came around the corner over the yellow line. i swerved a little to hard i guess cause the road curved left and when i swerved right to avoid the truck i went off the shoulder into someones yard at about 50mph.[&:] all i could think about was - I AM NOT WRECKING THIS BIKE!! i did not panic and kept my thoughts on what i need to do to avoid the crash. i was skidding for about 20 feet or more toward a ditch that was comming up on the other side of the persons driveway. i got off the rear brake and got out of the skid and as soon as i got to the driveway leaned her over and got back on the road just in time to avoid the ditch. my heart was pounding but i was glad i didnt panic and kept my cool to avoid the wreck. i felt like turning around and catching that truck to give him a few words but didnt. just glad that me and my bike are in one piece. [8D] the whole thing was maybe three seconds but it seemed like minutes. STAY IN YOUR OWN LANE DAMN IT.

Panic has no place in motorcycle riding. Just look where you want to go, not where you don't and the bikeshould be able toput you there. Glad to see you cut the mustard on that one.
