alarm system on 05 636
 

Anyone install an scorpio on a kaw yet? I just installed mine, and every time i turn it on or off, it turns on the ignition, like turns on the fuel pump, and gauges. But it only comes on when the lights blink. Can anyone help me?

well it sounds like the flashing light wire from the alarm is tied in through the system where ever you tapped parking light wire and the ignition wire. you may need to go to each individual light and diod isolate each wire. so when you hit the remote it doesn't feed a signal back into the system, and turn on your ignition. give that a try.... good luck bro..

it's already done bro. i've installed those a number of times. you could use any alarm with remote start. but you have to leave your bike in nuetral for it to work, of course. i'm thinking about doing it for my bike. but the modules are still a little big. if i do i'll post some pics.
