Default 93 zx6 motor swap

So I just bought another project bike the other day off my buddy. It is a 1993 zx6 and is liquid cooled. Ive decided that I want to yank the motor and put a zx9 motor on it. Not to sure of the year but Im gonna guess and say off a 89 but the motor is also liquid cooled. Anybody have any idea of what kind of problems Im going to run into. What I might have to do to make it fit. I will make it fit but wanted your guys opinion before I get the new motor and start on it. I was told that I wont have any problems swapping them but Im not to sure about that. Thanks.

Im gonna post some pics before I start. Then after its finished. Going to powdercoat frame, repaint the plastic, and swap the motor to start with.
