I've had a 1999 Kawasaki Ninja250 since I was 17, and now i want to move up. I'm looking to get something bigger. I was thinking about this 1994 Kawasaki Ninja ZZR600. A guy lives down the street and he's actually selling one for $1800. It's been dumped twice so it has scratches but other than that no cracks in the body or anything. He has had inspected in the last 8 months. No mechanical problems. Is this a good deal? It does have 23,000 miles.

 

I guess thats fair. Offer him $1500 especially if it's been dropped.
