A little new to cycles but from what I understand, the 2000 ZX-6R is a new chassis/design with the 636- hopefully I'm correct so far.

So my question is, since that is the first year of all that new stuff, how is the quality? Are there any typical complaints that they may have addressed in 01 or 02? Thanks!

 

there must not be that much of a complaint....kawi is still making it but marking it as an ZZR600 if I'm not mistaken

 

Your right Remo, the 2000-2002 ZX-6R is now the ZZR600. Its the same bike just little changes nothing in the power department , thats good.

 

the 98-02 is a kleen frame.. IMO a good design.. and yes remo it is the zzr600 now..
