Yes and yes. I have a allen wrench that is longer then the stock tool kit one and I also have a torque wrench. The bolts get torqued to 33ft lbs and you use the stock nut.

Do you need anything besides a long allen wrench and a torque wrench, and do you have to remove any of the body work? I dont know whether to get the ones with alluminom ends or not.

You'll need a socket for the new bolt, but other then dropping the fairing down in one piece just to get it out of the way enough(for left side), that's all you need. I got these cause I didn't want the initial shock to the mounts to be so hard as it would with aluminum.
