These bikes have such horrible brakes. I was coming to a light and figured I would try a small stoppie to see what happends. What a bad mistake the whole bike just slid and then I dropped it. I felt so stupid. I just know I wont try that again. Does anyone else have problems with the stopping power on thier bike ?

I got very lucky only 2 tiny ones. I am almost starting to reconsider the ZX 10. I love this bike but the brakes totally suck

 

did the brakes not grab? or did the brakes grab and the rubber failed making the front end slide out?

 

You moron!!!!!Who buys a 14 and try's to stunt it?Get a 6 or 10 for that crap!!!!!And the brakes are awsome.2 years and I'm still on the stock pads!!!!

Sorry but when the thread starts with this title.....I'm sorry he dropped his bike but when you do stuff like that you better expect it.If ya want to do stunts your going to pay!!!!

 

He never said he didnt expect it or that he was mad about the damage. He just said the brakes didnt feel the way he thought they should and asked for opinions on the brakes. There is nothing wrong with stunting a 14 as long as your willing to break it.
