Hi Everyone,
I bought a 1991 ZX11 late fall and haven't really been able to ride much yet as I live in Pittsburgh and winter is upon us. I am 6'4" tall and have been thinking about putting some 1-1/4" risers on the bars for more comfort. I have also had 2 back surgeries, including a lower lumbar spinal fusion, so anything to make riding time more comfortable is a plus. I would really appreciate some feedback from some of you out there with more experience than I. Thanks much, it's really great to have these forums for contact with others that share my passions.

BTW- I also have a 1995 750ZXi Waverunner

Is the wave runner killing your back?

 

No, I really haven't had too much pain from riding the waverunner. I had a great neurosurgeon and it was 1 year March 1st since the fusion surgery. It was reinforced with titanium rods and screws also.
