Any1 has an idea were I could get a license plate mount that would replace the stock 1 on a new 06 zx-10r?

Think I read one 06 10r owner getting one. Good $100 if I remember right. You can make one for around $10 or less. I would just fab up one actually.

 

The *** end of the 10 is the ugliest thing I ever witnessed. It takes a 6 pack for it to start looking good. Here's one for about 70 with shipping from Ridercircle on ebay.

I had to buy some extra hardware but for money it was OK. Spacers between the mount/undertail and license plate/mount. You can spend well over a 100 and I dunno why theyre so expensive. What a rip.

The first one I bought from another seller called the bone series... the license plate didn't fit?? When I asked the seller he said we ship to 152 countries? and I was like isn't the US your biggest market?? Hello.

 

Make your own mount. Piece of cake. All it takes is a piece of aluminium (bend it, drill it), and an led license plate frame (www.customdynamics.com). Total price 40 bucks maybe. Have fun

His name is Ted. He's a member of the ZRXOA board. He has fabbed a bunch of stuff for ZRX's. I know he has made a fender eliminator for a ZX-14 and a Speed Triple. He may already have one for the ZX-10.

 

I ended up using sheetmetal, bent them roughly 60 degrees and drilled the mounting holes.
The Led running light/brake light illuminate the plate just fine.

 

I just used 2L brackets under the seat wear i removed the stock rear fender. I used the org. holes on it then modified the tag to fit into the holes of the L bracket

 

LOL, I drilled 2 holes in my plate to match 2 of the stock fender boltholes and just bolted the plate flat against the bottom of the tail. If your right behind me you can see it, but red light cameras are too high!!!
