New exhaust install 2007 Ninja 650

Will ecu flash necessary for the 2007 Ninja 650 78K miles; considering the muffler and Cat converter are both removed and only a free flow muffler is installed ? Wouldn't there be a lean condition that can cause future engine heating and wear ? I can understand it may be different if just a muffler is replaced on some models. I'd consider it only for better sound, not performance, and probably not worth expense of remapping ecu and replacing A/F . Bike runs great at this time though
