data tool digital gear indicator

just wondering if this works..it says it wont work if we have a cable operated speedometer...do we have one?

NO we dont. It is electronic signal from the trans.

It should work. I looked into this for my wife 250 ex which is cable driven. The sell a speed sensor so you can use them with a cable driven speedo.
