Put my new Lockhart Phillips speedscreen on - looks a lot better than the stock screen!

And a little advice for anyone else installing the LP speedscreen, you will need a pair of needle nose pliers to get the rubber fittings to go in the holes (the holes are slightly smaller than the stock screen) and the very top holes on the screen need to be drilled a tiny bit wider so that the plastic clip will fit.

Other than that, the installation is pretty easy and well worth it!

Thanks guys! I love it! It blends in so much better with the bike than the clear stock screen! And it goes faster now!!!

 

ya it sure does blend in better..... and i'm sure she goes faster.... all you need now is some sticker to go light speed.... lol lol lol

 

But it already has stickers! I thought I was good - do I need a different sticker?!?!?! Quick help me out here........ j/k - besides, its a Canadian model!

 

Well, that's your problem. The maple leaf is flapping in the wind and slowing it down. Just get a nice Eagle picture or an American flag sticker and you'll go a lot faster... (or just change your speedo to MPH and drive like you didn't change it.. that'll be faster too)
