Default Gas Tank Grip

I wanted less slip between the gas tank and my legs, especially when I am wearing nylon or leather pants.
I found some great grip pads in several colors at www.soggyplanet.com
They are "Mid Grip" pads for surfboards.
The pads provide an almost perfect amout of grip for me and an additional benefit is that they provide insulation between me and the temperature of the gas tank in hot summer and cold winter.
They come in several colors.
They attach to the tank with self-adhesive and cost $21 for a pair (including postage).
