1988 ex500 chain & sprocket ?
 

Has nyoe changed their set up for lower rpm's Either larger front sprocket or smaller rear (usually the easer of the 2).What size did you go to and how much rpm did you lose in the gears

IMO the front was way easier than the rear to change.

but i went the opposite direction with the gearing, so i cant really help ya on that
