'03 EX500 - Mounting headlight to new upper cowling
I bought a new upper cowling for my 2003 Ninja 500R from Airtech. It's the 2EX5001S, you can see it here, http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/...5001994-06.htm.
The cowling doesn't come with tabs/mounts for the headlight as the description states. Has anyone here actually mounted a headlight to one of these before? I could really use some suggestions or a tutorial of how best to do this... Pictures would be even better

They have never offered the mounting tabs for these. looks like I may be buying a set to find out now. LOL
we do not do the mounting tabs on the insides for the headlight. You'll need to fabricate your own brackets to mount the headlight if you are planning to use this on the street. It is not too difficult to do a pretty crafty guy can usually handle it in a few hours.

It appears I'm not a pretty crafty guy because I sure as hell don't know how to make a bracket in a couple hours. I just ziptied it to the frame and we'll see how that goes for now. Don't really wanna shell out for a fairing
