has any one bernt throught there rear tire i brent throught the factory tire in 4,000 miles ant i have just about bernt throught my second6,000 miles laterthe second tire was suposed to be a harder tred compound i have ben running it at 30 psi cold.

 

Not bad!! I usually get 2K out of a rear tire. I did toss on an Elite III. That is an iron tire!! I have about 3-4K on it, I don't keep track, and it's doing well. Draw back is, the profile is so high the center stand won't do ya any good. I live in the twisties though and use my bike as a comuter bike also.
