2007 ninja with 2100 miles on the odometer, starts up fine, tipped over once, no signs of sliding. Jetted, muzzy exhaust, the rest is all stock. Guy wants $2000 for it. Anything I should look specifically for when I ride it? This seems like a good buy, but I don't know too much of the older possible ninja 250 issues. Thanks

 

Yeah look to see if he has a KLX 250 for sale and buy that instead. LOL

 

Trust me I've been lookin' for crf230l's and klx250's for the fiance, but they are non existant(klx) in vegas, or they want 4k(crf) for them. No way jose haha

 

$2k is a helluva buy with low miles and minor scratches.

I picked up mine for $1100 with 9k on the clock, needed tires and carb float work.

I will be placing pirelli scooter tires onto mine to keep the bike low to the ground. The engines are good setups. The suspension is soft, it is carbed and smogged. Gets good mpg and ya have to rev the **** out of it to go anywhere! lol

When ya test ride it, just look for the normal stuff. Tires, brakes, oil level, clutch action.
