So Im having some issues with my 95 ninja 250r. Has roughly 14k miles. Ran for 600 now it cranks and idels with the choke on and off but as soon as you give it any throttle its like the engine is being flooded. The RPMs will shoot up close to 6000 with the choke on and after a while stays around 1000-2000, same with the choke off. At first I thought I just needed to let the bike warm up but that soon turned in to me not even being able to ride very far.

A few things I have trouble shooted:
-not the kick stand switch
-cleaned out the filter below the petcock with carb cleaner and compression air hose.

Next step is completely draining the tank, cleaning has tank and petcock assembly.

Im try my hardest not to clean the carbs as they were just cleaned not to long ago.

It has plenty of oil, not over filled. Please help me figure this out! I will be posting a short 2 minute video soon of what has happened in hopes someone will be able to help!
