Hey guys, new to KF. Actually im new to bikes all together, I have ridden dirtbikes, yamaha yfz 450s, banshees.....but never owned a sport bike. I recently got an OWI and I have to sell my h22 accord and buy something cheaper and more fun!!!!!! The dealership has a black 250R 08 in stock and it has my name all over it. I will be signing papers soon and will have the pics up asap. Its finally starting to warm up here in michigan. Just excited to join the club! My friend has a cbr600rr that I have ridden, a little to much for a beginner i think, and plus at 3500, how can you beat the new 250?! One thing I am curious about, how wide of rear tire could you go on this bike with the stock wheel?

Sounds like a good plan to me. I don't know how wide of a tire you could put on that bike. But honestly there is no reason to anyway unless you're simply doing it for looks.

 

yeah id be doing it for looks, i was thinking of going to a 160ish. we just put a 190 rear tire on my buddies 600rr, but his front is a 120 i think?
