This is my first dual-sport bike ever, and first Kawasaki as well. Used to ride a Honda CBR600F4, crashed it (not my fault), then got the CBR600F4i, also crashed (my fault) i'm starting to sense a pattern /doh

Anyway, i haven't had a motorcycle or been riding for about 5 years now, and wanted to get back into it, but didn't want a sportbike this time. I wanted something that i could ride around on the street and off-road. Something bout being able to do both on the same bike seems like so much fun. So I began doing some googling on dual-sports, and here I am. I liked all the things i found about the KLX and decided it was time to go get it.

All i can say is it has been boatloads of fun so far! I've had this bike for 3 days already and i'm already modifying it, this forum is a bad influence on me haha.

Found a thread showing the Edge tail light and how easy it was to change out, so i placed an order for one, and it will officially be my first mod to my new bike, can't wait for it to show up.

Anyways, just thought I'd stop by and introduce myself. Now i'm going to go check out some more noobie info that the forum has to offer!
