I would say wait for any upgrades until you are comfy with this ride.

Under some circumstances this could give you a problem if you have to make a warranty claim. Also you might need to alter the carb jetting a little. This best done using a dyno, and as full throttle full load is needed it's best leaving the exhaust for now.

Yes I have decided to keep it stock and modify my zx-6r next year
