Both cylinders should read the same psi,, if nothing else, just for balance. There is a bad seal, head gasket, or as the other people said, valves not seating. Replacing the cylinders is viable, if they are just liners. They have to be heated and shrunk fitted into the cylender walls. Sounds like a bent valve stem or broken valve spring to me.

Yeah wasn't doubting you, just the manual, different compressions just does not sound right

hahaha, I was doubting on seeing that and I am not sure why the difference in pressures. Thought it easier to show what my manual says .
