hello peeps just thought i would say hello,ive just recently bought a big wheel kx85 2000 model,just for abit of fun,aint been on them for over ten years,into my cars too much,needed something else to let me anger out on lol

Hey tony, welcome to the forums. Some of us KLX owners bought the KLX 250 a few years ago, and for some of us it was the first dual sport bike we have had in many many years. Cars are ok, but to be able to go from streets to gravel to trails.....well there is nothing like it. You should check out the craigslist ads for a used KLX. Come on man you know you want to. LOL

sorry to be a pain is there anyway you can make the powerband stronger on the kx85,just not that strong

Well it is after all an 85, I mean how much do you weigh? :) Power reeds? Sprocket changes? Race gas?

Welcome to KF. As mentioned above it is an 85cc ride. The 80 cc rides were fun so the 85 should also be a fun ride. Enjoy the new toy and get used to it then go from there. The shop manuals are cheap to obtain as well.
