it only have 15000 how hard its to do maintanance to your bike is there a do it your self are bike same as cars?

I BOUGHT THIS BIKE FROM A SHOP HERE IN OC the guy that sold it to me told me that the bike didnt need no tune up but to be sure what can i do to it cause im not sure if he did an oil change or regular maintance
