Kawasaki Forums - new to forums...

Whats up everybody? I'm new to this forum (well as of like a week or two ago) and I'm just introducing myself. I'm from NH and I have 03 636. I don't have any performance mods except for a high mount SBK exhaust, so far all my stuff is cosmetic. The bike is the candy lightning blue and I have a blue windshield, blue flush mount signals, hotbodies undertail, targa hugger, custom license mount, paint matched rims, anodized nuts and bolts and got rid of those ugly stickers (lol). I plan on getting a new chain and sprocket combo in the near future. From researching on the forum I'm gonna go with a 520 and -1+2 combo. I'm also looking into getting a power commander after the chain/sprocket. I'll try to get some pix of my baby when I get a chance. Anyways I just wanted to say hi.

I also have a quick question. My lifters seem to be ticking a lot (not hurting performance as far as I can tell but it's kind of annoying) and I was wondering if anyone else's zx6r or zx6rr had the same problem. I think the guy at the dealership said he had the same problem with his 03 and he had the head ripped apart while it was still under warranty and he said they were fine. I think he said that he used carb cleaner and sprayed it in the intake and that solved the problem. Has anyone ever done this with positive results? Thanks for the responses.
