New to this forum!

Hi everyone,

I am the new owner of a near bran new 2007 Kawasaki KLX 250S (900km when I bought it)... Planning modifications right now so I am looking at the forum.

So far I have changed the stock handlebars for Pro Taper, installed Moose Racing hand guards as well as changed the rear tire for a Maxxis.

I have ordered a Twin Air air filter and a 13T sprocket.

If anyone has picture on the few free mods mentioned in this forum, basically how to get them done, such as, air box mods and fuel screw that would be awesome! When all this is done, I will shop for an exhaust and jet kit.

I love this bike so far! It handles really well and is quite lower than the WR250 I had, a little heavier but street legal! For a 5'4'' women, this bike is awesome just needs to be opened up so I can keep up with hubby on our rides!

Another question I had was to get the suspension harder. Will a spring and shocks from a KX fit on the KLX?

Thanks for your help, and I am glad to be on this forum!

Well hubby installed the Muzzy exhaust and new jets... WOW that is a totally different bike! Loving it!! Next year it may be time for a suspension change to get it more stiff. Now let`s hope the weather gets nice soon so we can go and explore more trails around here!!!
